This assignment acts within the framework of a framework agreement with 1 supplier, whereby the partial assignments are always executed on demand via an order form.

The delivery to be carried out concerns the supply of incontinence material for residents of Ter Heide for the period from 1.7.2019 to 30.6.2023 with a trial period of 3 months.

If the supplier does not meet the legal requirements and the provisions of these specifications, Ter Heide can cancel the agreement at least 1 week before the expiry of the trial period.

In that case, the contract for the remaining period, provided that a new trial period of 3 months, will be awarded to the tenderer, who is ranked next on the basis of the award criteria.
