This framework agreement with subsequent contracts concerns the control group between the City of Montluçon and Montluçon Communauté for the replacement of luminaires in administrative and sports buildings. The objective is to replace existing luminaires with LED luminaires in order to reduce the electrical energy consumption of the chosen sites. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 36 months. It will result in subsequent contracts. For each subsequent contract, the list of buildings concerned by the work will be indicated in the subsequent contract concerned.
