1.The subject of the contract shall include,, the delivery of groceries i.e. eggs” for the needs of the contracting party to the extent specified in this SWZ together with the Annex.

2. A detailed list of the subject of the contract together with the quantities required is Annex 6.

3. Pursuant to Article 65 (1) (4) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority derogates from the requirement to use electronic means of communication.
