The purpose of this consultation is to appoint a consortium that will be responsible for carrying out the design studies, ensuring the carrying out of the rehabilitation and residentialization works of 169 housing units, site monitoring, management and improvement of energy performance.
The group will include at least:
- a general contractor or a group of companies;
- a project manager or an architectural firm (architect DPLG, DESA, DEA + HMONP or equivalent registered on the order board);
- an engineering team (several BET or a multidisciplinary BET) to complete the skills required within the group: structure, fluids, thermal, fire safety, economist and asbestos removal.
