The project consists of new construction of approximately 9 300 m2, reconstruction of approx. 3 400 m2, demolition of a building approx. 9 000 m2.

— the new construction will primarily contain teaching spaces for Electrical Trades (EL), Technical and Industrial Production (TP) and the trade school. The new construction must as a minimum fulfil the requirement for passive building CF NS 3701,

— reconstruction of wing C, primarily for health and childhood development (HO), assuming that floors 1, 2 and 3 are affected. The reconstruction must provide good area utilisation in wings A and C,

— reconstruction of wing D, including a glass courtyard, will also hold areas for the library,

— premises for PTT/OT service and student services will be located in the new construction or in reconstructed areas,

— alternatively, administration, currently located in Wing A, will be moved to a central part of the building, and PPT/OT and student services could be moved to the location of the current administration,

— assess the need for expanded environmental mapping,

— assess the need for ground surveys,

— demolition of blocks 1, 2, 3, 5 and Wing B. The demolition works are part of the turnkey contract,

— access road to the school premises.
