The term "tertiary premises" includes administrative premises, surroundings and possibly car parks.

The market includes 7 lots distributed geographically,

The contract will cover all the services necessary to maintain the hygiene, cleanliness of the building, as well as the comfort of staff and customers. Cleaning services of the glazing, its surroundings and possibly car parks are also expected.

The holder undertakes to provide for the perfect execution of the contract:

- The workforce,

- Hardware

- The necessary products.

the incumbent must:

- Ensure stock management, delivery of consumables, installation of distributors

- Provide each site with the appropriate equipment and materials

- Guarantee the training of his teammates, provide them with the outfit and PPE related to their tasks

- Develop processes in order to comply with the energy transition law for green growth, AGEC LAW.

If the pensioner cannot answer all the services alone, he can then present himself in a group.
