Background and scope

The procurement includes framework agreements for gifts to municipal employees, in the form of gift cards.

The gift cards must be able to be used in physical stores within the municipality's geographical area and must cover a wide range of different categories of products and services. For more detailed description and requirements, please see document 3.Mission statement and requirements for the position.

The maximum value that can be called out under this Agreement is SEK 7 MSEK. If the turnover of the framework agreement reaches up to or exceeds SEK 7 MSEK, the municipality of Lerum will own the right to terminate the Framework Agreement until immediate termination.

Lerum municipality, as a legal counterparty, is still referred to in the procurement document as the purchaser or the municipality and the potential contract supplier is referred to as the tenderer or supplier.
