This contract aims for the designation of a surveyor's office by lot in order to carry out a survey for the interior and exterior renovation of ten buildings and their surroundings located in the “Roovere-Machtens” site in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean.

Refer to Articles 58: “Division into lots” and 81: “Award criteria” of these CSC Special Specifications.

The buildings which are included in the perimeter of the site defined below are located at Avenue de Roovere 24-22-20-18 and 16-14-12-10 and 8-6-4-2, Boulevard Edmond Machtens 14-24 , 17-21, 8-10-12, 2-4-6 at 1080 Molenbeek. The perimeter also includes the approaches at the foot of buildings and mineral and plant spaces, garage boxes and parking spaces in the rear area.

For lot 1: the contract consists in establishing the statement relating to the renovation of nine apartment buildings and the redevelopment of the surroundings.

For lot 2: the contract consists in drawing up the statement relating to the renovation of an apartment building and the redevelopment of the surroundings.
