Description:
Replacement of monoblock wheels on a SA109-007 railway vehicle

1. The subject of the order is the replacement of worn out monoblock wheels in the wheel sets of the railway vehicle SA109-007 with new ones. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a list of activities and documentation is included in Annex 6 to the ToR, which is a model contract.

2. The deadline for delivering the vehicle to the Contractor for repair purposes is 7 days from the day of signing the contract. The contractor will be informed about the date of handing over the vehicle 24 hours in advance.

3. The Contractor undertakes to carry out repairs on the vehicle within 14 working days from the day of handing over the vehicle to the Contractor for repairs to the day of handing over the vehicle after repairs to the Employer.



1. The subject of the order is the replacement of monoblock wheels together with other repair activities referred to in paragraph 2 on a type 212M rail vehicle SA109-007.

2. Under the Contract, the Contractor undertakes to replace monoblock wheels and other activities collectively referred to as "repairs" in the remainder of the Contract:

1) fixed range:

a) dismantling wheelsets from the vehicle,

b) replacement of monoblock wheels with new ones,

c) verification of brake discs with friction surface whitening and their translation into new monoblock wheels,

d) revision of wheelset axial bearings,

e) rolling the outline of the monoblock wheel rim to the dimension in accordance with the technical drawing - construction dimensions after rolling - according to the documentation referred to in § 1 para. 6

f) flaw detection test of wheelset axles,

g) static or dynamic balancing of wheelsets

i) installing repaired kits in the vehicle,

j) other activities resulting from the documentation and instructions referred to in § 1 para. 6.

2) additional works:

1. replacement of the wheelset axle,

2. axle wheel bearing replacement,

3. replacement of brake discs.

3. The necessity to perform additional works is presented in the technical condition verification protocol signed by the Purchaser's Commissioner, the template of which is Annex 6 to the Agreement.

4. The listed activities should be carried out in accordance with standards, instructions and documentation:

1) Documentation of the 212M SA109 Rail Bus Maintenance System regarding the subject of the Agreement,

2) Instructions Pt-4 - Instructions for measuring and evaluating wheelsets of traction vehicles and passenger carriages,

3) Instruction Pt-5 - Instruction on the maintenance of motorized railway vehicles,

4) PN-EN 13979-1 + A2: 2011 Railway applications - Wheelsets and bogies - Monoblock wheels - Approval procedure - Part 1: Forged and rolled wheels,

5) PN-EN 14535-1 + A1: 2011 Railway applications - Brake discs for railway rail vehicles - Part 1: Brake discs pressed in or shrunk mounted on the axles of rolling or driving sets, dimensions and quality requirements,

6) PN-EN 12080 + A1: 2011 Railway applications - Maźnice - Rolling bearings,

7) PN-EN 12081 + A1: 2011 Railway - Maźnice - Lubricants,

8) PN-EN 13260 + A1: 2011 Railway applications - Wheelsets and bogies - Wheelsets - Product requirements,

9) PN-EN 13261+ Al: 2011 Railway applications - Wheelsets and bogies - Axles - Product requirements,

10) PN-EN 13262+ A2: 2011 Railway applications - Wheelsets and bogies - Wheels - Product requirements,

11) PN-EN 13715 + A1: 2011 Railway applications - Wheelsets and bogies - Wheels - External wheel rims,

12) PN-K-91045: 2002 Rolling stock - Wheelsets - Requirements and test methods,

13) BN-3518-02 / 00: 1985 Non-destructive testing methods - Guidelines for conducting ultrasonic testing of rail vehicle parts and steel components of the railway superstructure.

5. The Employer requires that the subject of the contract be performed in accordance with the standards, regulations and instructions contained in paragraph 4 (subject to paragraph 6) and declares that it has and will make available to the Contractor after signing the Agreement Documentation of the Railway Vehicle Maintenance System in the scope related to the subject of the Agreement and indicated internal instructions of the Employer.

6. The Awarding Entity allows standards equivalent to the standards referred to in para. 3, provided that the Contractor demonstrates that the services offered by it meet the requirements specified by the Employer.

7. During the repair, the Contractor fills in the measurement cards in accordance with DSU for the inspection of wheel sets maintenance level P 4.

8. The Employer reserves the right to participate the Receiving Commissioner or another Employer of the Employer authorized to make acceptances, in the process of implementation of each stage of repair, i.e., among others, checking the progress of work, compliance of the contract with applicable regulations
