1. The subject of the contract is the provision of winter maintenance services for provincial roads managed by the West Pomeranian Provincial Roads Authority in Koszalin in the area of operation of the Provincial Roads Region in Chojna, divided into 3 tasks:
Task No 1 - Police
Task No 2 - Chojna
Task No 3 - Kobylanka
2. Detailed location and scope of services for a given task is specified in Chapter C SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract and in Price forms (templates 4.1 - 4.3) SWZ.
PoliceThe task includes:
slippery removal, snow removal, backhoe loader work, loader operation buckets up to 2 m3.
The detailed location and scope of services for a given task is specified in Chapter C SWZ - Description of the Order Item and in the Price Form.
2. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law.
(1) The scope of the services consists in the repetition of similar services, the scope of which is consistent with the subject-matter of the basic contract.
2) The scope of services is set at up to the net amount – PLN 700,046.00;
3) The basis for determining the conditions for execution of the like order is the basic contract and negotiations carried out with the contractor.
3. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to employ all persons performing activities covered by the scope of the contract on the basis of an employment relationship, i.e. equipment / vehicle operators (drivers) for each of the tasks. This obligation also applies to Subcontractors – the Contractor is obliged to include in each subcontract appropriate provisions obliging Subcontractors to employ all persons performing the above-mentioned activities on the basis of an employment relationship.
Chojna1. The task shall include:
slippery removal, snow removal, backhoe loader work, loader operation buckets up to 2 m3, loader work with capacity spoons over 2 m3.

2. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law.
(1) The scope of the services consists in the repetition of similar services, the scope of which is consistent with the subject-matter of the basic contract.
2) The scope of services is set at the net amount – PLN 2,337,402.00;
3) The basis for determining the conditions for execution of the like order is the basic contract and negotiations carried out with the contractor.
