1. The subject of the contract is the successive purchase of computer equipment for the units of the University of Warsaw.

2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract - constitutes Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference, hereinafter referred to as the Specification or "SWZ" - "Technical Specification" and the model contract constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.
