The subject of the Order is:

1. Felling of roadside trees located in the routes of provincial roads administered by the Provincial Roads Region in Kętrzyn divided into 4 parts.

2. The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Contract constituting an integral part of the SWZ - Appendix No. 4.

3. The detailed scope of the order is included in the Price Form for each part. According to the given scope, you must complete the price form on the attached print.

4. Tree removal services shall be carried out under the supervision of an entomologist in order to counteract potentially negative impacts on the environment.

5. In the event of disclosure of protected insect habitats during the felling of trees, the Contractor – under the supervision of an entomologist specialist – will carry out activities related to ensuring the survival and possible resettlement of insects. A specialist – entomologist will be obliged to prepare materials for applications for prohibited activities.

Felling of roadside trees located in the routes of provincial roads administered by the WFD in Kętrzyn in the Road District No. 1 in Kętrzyn. The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Contract constituting an integral part of the SWZ.

The scope of the service includes felling of roadside trees and milling of existing carp located in the routes of provincial roads administered by the Provincial Roads Region in Kętrzyn.

Felling of roadside trees located in the routes of provincial roads administered by the WFD in Kętrzyn in the Road District No. 2 in Sędławki. The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Contract constituting an integral part of the SWZ.

The scope of the service includes felling of roadside trees and milling of existing carp located in the routes of provincial roads administered by the Provincial Roads Region in Kętrzyn.

Felling of roadside trees located in the routes of provincial roads administered by the RDW in Kętrzyn in the Road District No. 3 in Biskupiec. The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Contract constituting an integral part of the SWZ.

The scope of the service includes felling of roadside trees and milling of existing carp located in the routes of provincial roads administered by the Provincial Roads Region in Kętrzyn.

Felling of roadside trees located in the routes of provincial roads administered by the RDW in Kętrzyn in the Area of the Road District No. 4 in Mrągowo. The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Contract constituting an integral part of the SWZ.

The scope of the service includes felling of roadside trees and milling of existing carp located in the routes of provincial roads administered by the Provincial Roads Region in Kętrzyn.
