The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of equipment as well as the configuration and launch of an access control system with a time and attendance system in the buildings of the District Court in Kielce and the buildings of the District Courts in Opatów, Staszów and Pińczów

and Włoszczów. The order includes the execution of deliveries and all assembly works, configuration and commissioning of the system in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 11 to the SWZ, the model contract constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ and the Guidelines of the Ministry of Justice constituting Annex 12 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract additionally includes the installation of access control readers (4 pieces), not included in the documentation. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is also obliged to dismantle the existing devices of access control and time registration systems currently functioning in court buildings covered by the scope of the task
