1. The subject of the order is the delivery (within the meaning of the provisions of the Public Procurement Law) of a new battery emulator to the AVL 412 propulsion system test stand owned by the Employer.

2. The offered battery emulator should be adapted to the existing environment of the Employer, in accordance with the following documentation:

- room layout - Annex 3a,

- arrangement of elements of the existing position - Annex 3b

- control cabinet room where the emulator should be installed - attachments 4a and 4b

- test room and proposed location for installing the emulator power distribution point - Annexes 5a and 5b.

The subject of the order is the delivery (together with commissioning, acceptance and training) of a new battery emulator to the AVL 412 propulsion system test stand owned by the Employer.

Description and required technical parameters. 3.1. The devices offered should:

Cooperate and be compatible with the existing AVL 412 test stand and the Puma Open automation system installed;

Ensure power supply and reception at least at 250kW and efficiency at least 90%;

Ensure voltage in the range of at least 48 ... 1000V and its change with the speed of at least 25 V / ms;

Ensure supply and collection of current of at least 500A;

Provide at least three control modes: power control, voltage control and current control;

Be mounted in the existing space of the test cabinet cabinets;

Be equipped with an emergency diffusion system protecting the test facility in the event of an emulator or power supply failure

Be equipped with voltage and current measuring devices at the output with an accuracy of ± 250ppm for the full measuring range;

Have the ability to set limits on the scope of work;

Be equipped with at least one basic mathematical model of a simulated battery, enabling at least parameterization of voltage in relation to the battery charge level;

Be equipped with at least one more advanced mathematical model, enabling parameterization of additional parameters such as: internal resistance, battery charging and discharging characteristics or battery capacity;

Be equipped with a power distribution system in the test room, which should provide compensation for the voltage drop between the test room and the battery emulator, and enable safe connection of the test object to the battery emulator.

3.2. Additional requirements: The AVL 412 propulsion test stand currently used at the Employer's headquarters, after the delivery of the subject of the contract, should be able to perform automatic test cycles of electric propulsion systems. All entries contained in the specification of essential terms of the contract indicating the type, trademarks or origin of the subject of the contract should be read together with the words "or equivalent". The proper names are only examples, they do not indicate a specific product or a specific manufacturer. The Contractor, offering an equivalent item to the one described in the specification, is obliged to maintain equivalence in terms of functional, functional, dimensional and quality parameters specified by the Employer in the specification as equivalence parameters. The obligation to prove that the products offered are equivalent rests with the Contractor. The contractor will be required to conduct basic training within the deadline for completing the subject of the contract. Conducting training and costs of implementing this part of the subject of the contract must be included in the price of the offer.

4. The Awarding Entity allows the possibility of using the so-called local vision. Contractors interested in checking the place of the contract, verifying the requirements and technical parameters necessary to offer the subject of the contract corresponding to the requirements will have the opportunity to make a local visit to see the room in which the contract is to be carried out. For this purpose, the ordering party from 19 to 22 November 2019. from 9:00 to 14:00, it will provide interested parties the opportunity to make a local visit. - §2 SIWZ
