Description:
Tempis Network

With its stroke center, the Munich Clinic Harlaching is the sponsor of the TEMPiS network, one of the largest telestroke networks in Europe: More than 7000 teleconsultations per year are offered to the currently 25 connected partner clinics in the South-East Bavaria region. The aim of the network is the comprehensive integration of all validated forms of stroke therapy with regard to the shortage of resources and skilled workers in rural areas. With the "Flying Intervention Team" launched by TEMPiS, the participating partner clinics have an innovative and globally unique care system for the treatment of cerebral artery occlusion by means of mechanical thrombectomy.

Currently, a technical solution from MEYTEC GmbH Informationssysteme is in use for the telemedical networking of stroke centers with regional clinics in the TEMPiS network. This involves the network technology as well as software and hardware as well as the necessary devices. The increasing demands in the acute therapy of stroke patients within a telemedical stroke network make it necessary to renew the technical implementation.

The clients named in the Europe-wide announcement conclude a framework agreement in accordance with § 21 VgV. The details of the tendered service can be found in the tender specifications in Appendix 1 to these tender documents. The awarding authority expressly reserves the right to optimise/supplement the procurement documents if and to the extent that this proves to be expedient or necessary after the progress of the further procedure, in particular the negotiations and/or on the basis of comments and questions from the applicants.
