On behalf of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, hereinafter the Board for Tests and Examinations (CvTE), you will hereby receive a guideline for a public European Tender with regard to (further) development, hosting and management of websites, part of this tender is also to request supporting services to the examination processes, a new CMS system and relationship database.
For the provision of information about central exams at secondary schools and MBO institutions (hereinafter summarized as educational institutions), the CvTE uses the following websites, specially developed for this target group:
These websites are the official information channels of the government (CvTE and chain partners) about the central exams. The websites are aimed at those involved in central examinations within the educational institutions, including candidates. Both websites must be replaced including associated services. An important part is also maintaining the various contacts with chain partners.
The CvTE describes the continuity of the websites as business-critical. A seamless transition from the current to the new service provider is thus required. Care and thoroughness are paramount. The importance of the websites is considerable, a large number of users depend on their proper functioning for their work. Users must be able to count on the continuous availability of these sources of information.
