1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of heat energy covering the distribution and purchase of heat for educational institutions in the Ursynów district m.st Warsaw in 2024.

2. The location of heat substations, as well as their tariff group, planned heat consumption and ordered heat capacity are indicated in the Price Form, which constitutes Annex 2 to the SWZ.

3. The total planned heat consumption is 85 450.0000 GJ.

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of heat energy covering the distribution and purchase of heat for educational institutions in the Ursynów district m.st Warsaw in 2024.

2. The location of heat substations, as well as their tariff group, planned heat consumption and ordered heat capacity are indicated in the Price Form, which constitutes Annex 2 to the SWZ.

3. The total planned heat consumption is 85 450.0000 GJ.

4. The Contracting Authority has made every effort to properly estimate the planned consumption of heat energy indicated in paragraph 3. Due to unpredictable external factors, i.e. weather conditions, in particular air temperature, which affect the actual demand for thermal energy, it is impossible to accurately indicate future heat consumption.

The actual consumption of heat energy will depend only on the actual needs of educational institutions in the Ursynów district m.st Warsaw.

The Contractor may not claim any financial claims from the Contracting entity in connection with the purchase by the Contracting entity of a quantity of heat energy other than indicated in paragraph 3 or in the Price Form, which constitutes Annex 2 to the SWZ.

At the same time, the Ordering Party sets the minimum amount of heat consumption at 42 725.0000 GJ.

5. The Contracting Authority requires that the contract be executed on the terms and conditions described in the Draft provisions of the contract, which constitutes Annex 5 to the SWZ.
