The purpose of this contract is the acquisition, delivery and putting into service of laundry and pet equipment (range hoods, cage and bottle washing machine, baby bottle treatment line, ventilation unit, euthanasia rack, animal transfer hood, water filtration / acidification system, litter filling system) to be installed at the PE Inserm U1249 building in Marseille at the Luminy university campus.
This is a regular supply market.
This contract is awarded pursuant to Articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code: Open Call for Tenders.
The contract takes effect on the date of notification, it ends with the final acceptance of the equipment.
This contract consists of 7 firm tranches (lots 1 to 7) and an optional tranche (lot 8). The conditions for strengthening the optional tranche are detailed in the contract documents.
The desired equipment will be type of bottle treatment line. This line will consist of a bottle emptying table, a baby bottle washing machine and a bottle filling table. The offer will also include the associated logistics.
On the basis of the Autocad file provided, the suppliers will have to present an implementation study indicating all the needs for the integration of the bottle treatment line such as (non-exhaustive list):
- necessary expectations for the operation of the equipment by specifying all the characteristics for each utility,
- positioning of connection points,
- any other details necessary for the proper integration of the equipment in the premises.
The submission of this study is mandatory. In case of non-delivery, the offer will not be analyzed and declared irregular.

INMED wants to purchase a washing machine with swing arms. The design of the washer must allow the loading of all cage models from Tecniplast without any extra basket or kit as well as cage equipment such as grids, lids, nipples, label holders.
Loading will have to take place on 2 levels. The scrubber must also be able to wash up to 4 baby bottles with dedicated nozzles.
On the basis of the provided Autocad file, the suppliers will have to present an implementation study indicating all the needs for the integration of the washing machine such as (non exhaustive list):
- necessary expectations for the operation of the equipment by specifying all the characteristics for each utility,
- positioning of connection points,
- any other details necessary for the proper integration of the equipment in the premises.

PES in relation to lot 2:
- possibility to install on the washing machine the cages a steam condensation system to limit the rise in the temperature of the laundry following the use of the machine in order to improve the working conditions of the staff,
- reduce energy consumption costs by recovering heat from the steam to preheat the water for washing.
Candidates have the obligation to answer them.
INMED wants to purchase 4 foreign exchange hoods.
The hoods must allow all experimental or exchange animal handling (A1, A2) in conditions of safety identical to those of a PSM class 2 with a correct work for the handling of the cages through a frontal opening at least equal to 26 cm which allows to introduce without difficulty the cages equipped with their filter cover (1285L NEXT and GM500 from Tecniplast).

EPS in relation to lot 3:
Possibility to connect an H2O2 generator on the change hoods in order to disinfect in a closed circuit the inside of the hood without release of H2O2 in the room during the disinfection cycle. For this connection must be provided on the hood.
Candidates have the obligation to answer them.
INMED wants to purchase a ventilation unit compatible with the Green Line mouse racks from Tecniplast dating from 2010 already in its possession.
The ventilation unit
The ventilation unit should be easy to use and have the following characteristics:
- mobile,
- touch screen that can be controlled from a portable device,
- possibility of working in depression or overpressure,
- sterilization with hydrogen peroxide possible,
- allows secure ventilation of cages up to 4 single-sided racks,
- adjustment of the blowing speed and the extraction speed of the air,
- indication of temperature and humidity,
- have the following alarms which must be adjustable and bright:
a) maximum and minimum flow rate;
b) extraction rate;
c) pressure;
d) temperature;
e) humidity.
The air exchange per cage must be between 60 and 80. The air is filtered in and out by HEPA filters or equivalent. The filtered air will be evacuated into the ventilation system of the building thanks to PVC connectors of 100 mm diameter.
Suppliers will clearly indicate the specifications of the proposed filter type, the price of replacement filters on filtration units as well as the proposed frequencies of change of the different filters.

The desired equipment will be of the modular multi-module euthanasia rack for rodents. It will have 4 boxes of 2 cages.
It will be compatible with GM500 Green Line or 1285L blue line cages from Tecniplast (1 box compatible with GM500 cages and 3 boxes compatible with 1285L cages)
The equipment will be able to evolve according to our needs by adding additional caissons.
Each box can operate independently and be used individually.
