Scaffolding work for the new building of the FCC (FAIR Control Centre) on the campus of the GSI Institute for Heavy Ion Research GmbH

The tender essentially includes the following services and quantities.

The building site is located on the campus of the GSI Institute for Heavy Ion Research GmbH at Planckstraße 1 in 64291 Darmstadt. The area of the future FCC is declared in the development plan Wx 12, district Arheilgen, corridor 24 as a special area SO 1.2 with a maximum height of the planned structure of 154 m above sea level.

The essential services listed below are to be carried out in the area of the exterior facades, level 01 (ground floor) to the attic, ceiling above level 05 (4th floor).

Mobile scaffolds are placed inside the building on level 01 (ground floor).

With available documents, the contractor must offer the following services and

To be carried out:

· Working scaffold as standing scaffold length-oriented, height up to 22m; Load class 4, W09

· Extension of the standing scaffolding as a roof arresting scaffold along the flat roof attic

· Staircases 1-run

· Construction hoist 1500 kg, material and passenger transport;

· Settling platforms in the form of a heavy-duty scaffolding tower with intermediate levels as insertion platforms for construction hoists

· rolling scaffolds; Working height up to 7m

· Gerüststatik

Compilation of the essential quantities:

- Fassadengerüst, W09, LK4: ca. 3.327 m2

- Provision of façade scaffolding: approx. 107,436 m2Wo

- Stairways 1-run: 5 pieces

- Construction hoist for material and people, 1500 kg: 1 piece

- Aluminium window sills: 445 m

- Settling platforms 3x3m, 5 pieces on top of each other as a heavy-duty scaffolding tower: 5 pcs

- Mobile scaffolds, working height up to 7m: 2 pcs
