The subject of the order is the non-cash purchase by the Ordering Party of liquid fuels for the Ordering Party's company (passenger) cars, non-fuel products, car washing and vacuuming services and making non-cash tolls for toll sections of motorways and roads in the territory of the Polish. The subject of the contract will be carried out successively, in a non-cash form, on the basis of fuel cards issued by the Contractor.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and detailed terms and conditions of the contract implementation contain the draft provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.

The subject of the order is the non-cash purchase by the Ordering Party of liquid fuels for the Ordering Party's company (passenger) cars, non-fuel products, car washing and vacuuming services and making non-cash tolls for toll sections of motorways and roads in the territory of the Polish. The subject of the contract will be carried out successively, in a non-cash form, on the basis of fuel cards issued by the Contractor.

The Ordering Party, during the term of the contract (48 months), within the limit of funds allocated by the Ordering Party to finance the contract, provides for: 1) purchase of liquid fuels for company (passenger cars), i.e.: unleaded gasoline Pb 95 (about 63,000 liters), unleaded gasoline Pb 98 (about 23,000 liters), diesel fuel (about 9,000 liters); The given fuel quantities are indicative, have been estimated by the Ordering Party on the basis of consumption in previous years and the expected increase in demand and are for informational purposes only. The Ordering Party reserves that the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in connection with the purchase by the Ordering Party of a smaller or larger amount of fuel; 2) purchase of non-fuel products such as: engine oils, operating fluids, light bulbs, cleaning agents, car accessories and cosmetics, etc.; 3) purchase of washing and vacuuming services for passenger cars; 4) payment of tolls for passenger cars on toll sections of motorways and roads in the territory of the Polish, including at toll booths.

The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor have a current concession to perform business activity in the field of trading in liquid fuels at service stations on the territory of the Republic of Poland, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997.
