The purpose of this contract is to develop, from the solution acquired, an EDM adapted to the activities and needs of ARS IDF, within the framework of a quality approach. The project will start with a showcase site within the Department of Legal Affairs and Public Procurement (DAJMP), before being extended to other business activities.
