Procurement for delivering simple major adaptations and specialist minor adaptations across various premises over a 4-year period with multiple lots and contractors.
Wigan Council - Simple Major Adaptations Framework 2024 - 2028. Wigan Council intends to procure Provider(s) to deliver simple major adaptations and a small number of specialist minor adaptations to all premises, both council and privately owned including private rented and those owned by Housing Associations. The duration of the framework will be over a 4-year period (2024 – 2028) and has a total approximate value of £7,500,000. Wetroom There will be a maximum of 4 contractors for Lot A, covering 4 Areas Ashton, Leigh, Wigan and Reserve Ramps There will be a maximum of 4 contractors for Lot B, covering 4 Areas Ashton, Leigh, Wigan and Reserve Internal Alterations There will be a maximum of 4 contractors for Lot C, covering 4 Areas Ashton, Leigh, Wigan and Reserve External Works There will be a maximum of 4 contractors for Lot D, covering 4 Areas Ashton, Leigh, Wigan and Reserve
