The provision of Transfer Facilities to receive, accept and provide covered segregated storage for waste streams from East Staffordshire Borough Council, and additionally in the case of Lot 1, the transfer of segregated waste streams to treatment facilities as identified in the Specification. Contract with Staffordshire County Council (Contracting Authority for Lot 1). Contract with East Staffordshire Borough Council (Contracting Authority for Lot 2). Lot 1 - makes provision for the acceptance of waste collected by East Staffordshire Borough Council and for temporary segregated storage and subsequent transfer of waste materials to treatment facilities identified in the Specification, and for the provision of appropriate management and reporting procedures, including provision to record and report all contract waste delivered to the transfer facilities, stored and subsequently transferred to treatment facilities. Lot 2 - makes provision for the acceptance of recyclable materials collected by East Staffordshire Borough Council and for temporary segregated storage and subsequent loading into transfer vehicles, and for the provision of appropriate management and reporting procedures, including provision to record and report all contract waste delivered to the transfer facility, stored and subsequently loaded into transfer vehicles.
