The municipality of Sinzing is planning the construction of a new 6-group day care centre for children in the OT Viehhausen.
For this purpose, the architectural services of the service profile buildings and interiors, service phases 1-9 according to Section 34 (3) HOAI in conjunction with Annex. 10 No. 10.1 and the following special services:
- Participation in the application for funding
- Participation in the examination of supplementary offers justified by the construction industry
- Participation in the settlement of subsidies
- Monitor the remediation of defects within the limitation period
- Preparation of building inventory documentation
The municipality of Sinzing is planning the construction of a new 2-group crèche and a 4-group kindergarten, whereby the fourth group is to be equipped as a mixed-age group (with regard to sanitary facilities, etc.). During the construction phase, the existing 3-group kindergarten (existing building Schulstraße 5) must remain in operation (including outdoor area). If possible, all six groups should be operated by a carrier in a single-house manner. If the patz is sufficient for this, the new building is to be built on the south side of Fl. No. 279 of the Viehhausen district. Due to the sun protection, the municipal administration prefers the building position on the south side of the property, so that the outdoor area in the north (facing away from the residential development) can be used.

It is necessary to check whether a 2-storey building can be built for the day care centre and which groups can be accommodated on the ground floor and on the upper floor.
From the point of view of the municipal administration, the access road (access) to the crèche or kindergarten could be carried out separately (separate main entrances and parking facilities in the east or west of the property). For example, existing parking facilities can be used.
If all groups can be accommodated monoeciously, there may be reuse possibilities for the existing kindergarten.

Both kindergarten and crèche must go into operation on 01.09.2025. The start of construction is planned for March 2024.
The area hatched in the site plan is not available either during the construction phase or for later use.
The kindergarten will be connected to the existing biomass cogeneration plant. Timber construction is conceivable from the point of view of the municipal administration. The concept provides for open groups. The building must be designed to be barrier-free.
Funding according to FAG will be applied for.
The total cost of the measure is expected to be around EUR 6 million.
