The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement with an independent contractor who can provide intermediary services and contract service for the mediation and deployment of temporary staff and handling Self-Employed Persons (hereinafter: ZZP) - assignments with client with result a customer-friendly, efficient and effective method of hiring, thereby reducing the integral costs.

The contractor does this by using effective recruitment channels, possibly having a market place and unburdening the client in the administrative handling of hiring.

The framework agreement will be concluded with the tenderer who has submitted a tender with the best price-quality ratio.

The service consists of the following main components:

1) Providing contract service:

- concluding agreements between the contractor and selected candidates / suppliers,

- performing contract management with regard to the agreements with the selected candidates.

2) providing contract service for self-employed persons without employees:

- the conclusion of agreements (model agreements) between the contractor and self-employed professionals hired by the client,

- performing contract management with regard to agreements with self-employed persons without employees.

3) taking over the hiring and freelancer-related risks including risk management;

4) providing intermediary services;

- the search for suitable candidates.

5) making active use of requests from, and maintaining the network with, the known candidates at the client (previously deployed temporary staff in the context of pool management);

6) delivering management reports;

7) timely payment of temporary staff.
