1. The subject of the contract is a joint order for the supply of disinfectants for units of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship - 6 lots.
2. Description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", constitute price annexes for each part - Annexes No. 1.1 to 1.6 to this SWZ. The conditions for its implementation were specified by the Contracting Authority in the essential provisions of the contract, constituting Annexes No. 7 to this SWZ.
