The contest concerns a framework agreement for delivery of electrician services and materials.

The estimated value per year and maximum value for the entire agreement period per group, including any options and expected price increases, is stated in point 1.1.4. The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

Lots/groups

Tenders may be submitted for one or more zones. Sub-tenders cannot be given for individual zones, nor alternative tenders.

Geographical zone division:

Zone 1 Øvre Eiker, Lier, Modum (Option). Estimated annual value NOK 25,000,000 excluding VAT, maximum value for the zone: NOK 125,000,000 excluding VAT.

Zone 2 Hole : Estimated annual value NOK 2,500,000 excluding VAT, Maximum value for the zone: NOK 12,500,000 excluding VAT.

Zone 3 Hol, Nesbyen (Option): Estimated annual value NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT, maximum value for the zone: NOK 15,000,000 excluding VAT.

Framework agreement

The contract will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying provisions on seriousness.

The contracting authority will enter into a parallel contracts with two or more tenderers in each zone, provided that a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
