The object of this contract is the integral management of the Centers for the Execution of Judicial Measures "El Laurel" and "El Lavadero", attached to the AGENCY OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID FOR THE RE-EDUCATION AND REINTEGRATION OF THE MINOR OFFENDER.
This comprehensive management includes the provision of all the necessary services, including those of a technical and professional nature, by the awarding entity(s) that are linked to the 93 places available in these two Centres and that are intended for minors and young offenders in respect of whom the Juvenile Judges have adopted the judicial measures of internment provided for in Organic Law 5/2000, of January 12, Regulator of the Criminal Responsibility of minors, in the closed, semi-open, open, therapeutic and weekend regimes.
