Northern Ireland Electricity Limited requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out the design, supply, installation and commissioning of new 110kV and 275kV switchgear bays and associated equipment at the existing Tamnamore substation. The Tamnamore substation is a newly constructed substation commissioned in 2008, consisting of three 275kV switchgear bays including an interbus transformer and one 110kV feeder switchgear bay. The construction of the existing substation is commonly called phase 1. The proposed work is to be called phase 2.
