The subject of the contract is the construction of a bridge over the San River along with the construction of access roads and an intersection with the provincial road No. 886 (Królowej Bony Street). The order will be carried out on the basis of the decision on the permit for the implementation of the road investment (ZRID), ref. AB.6740.9.2.2023 No. 1/23 of 31.03.2023.

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a bridge over the San River along with the construction of access roads and intersection with the voivodeship road No. 886 (Królowej Bony Street). The order will be carried out on the basis of the decision on the permit for the implementation of the road investment (ZRID), ref. AB.6740.9.2.2023 No. 1/23 of 31.03.2023.

2. The scope of the whole task shall include:

1) construction of a bridge over the San River of total length (including abutment wings)

275.40 m and a width of 17.90 m, including infrastructure and construction of permanent and temporary bridge supports in the new course of the municipal road,

2) construction of a section of the municipal road at Aleksandra Rybickiego Street (new mileage) class L from km 0+000.00 to km 0+331.98 together with infrastructure,

3) extension of the section of the old road municipal road no. G 117064R, ul. Aleksandra Rybickiego kl. L from km 0+000.00 to km 0+182.32 and 0+000.00 to km 0+043.80 together with infrastructure,

4) construction and reconstruction of pedestrian, bicycle and bicycle paths,

5) construction and extension of intersections with infrastructure,

6) construction and reconstruction of individual exits,

7) construction of a road ditch ending with a drop well from km 0+000-0+128.32 DG G117064R with a culvert under the exit to the pedestrian and bicycle path No. 2 with a diameter of 40cm and a length of 10m,

8) expansion of the rainwater sewage system,

9) expansion of the low-voltage power grid,

10) construction of a cable power network for road lighting with a bridge structure,

11) construction of a heating network,

12) construction of water supply network,

13) construction of sanitary sewage system,

14) construction of telecommunication equipment,

15) felling trees and shrubs colliding with the planned scope of road works,

16) planting trees and shrubs.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract specifies:

1. design documentation (construction design, detailed designs and Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bills of quantities – as an auxiliary),

2. decision on the permit for the implementation of the road investment ref. AB.6740.9.2.2023 No. 1/23 of 31.03.2023

3. Draft provisions of the public procurement agreement together with attachments.
