1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of a training service with advice for a maximum of 108 people (including the provision of staff - trainers and advisors, equipped training room, training materials, catering), completed with an external exam, which will allow you to obtain an Oracle Java certificate or equivalent and obtaining qualifications, in the topic Java programming.
2. Recruitment for training will be continuous. The number of participants in individual trainings will depend on the interest of the people to whom the Project is directed. The total number of persons covered by counseling and trained under all training will not exceed 108 persons (108 persons covered by counseling and 108 persons trained under training).

As part of the implementation of the contract, the Contractor / subcontractor is obliged to be employed under an employment contract, in accordance with art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 Labor Code (i.e. Journal of Laws 2018 item 108 as amended) a person who is a training specialist or training supervisor who will perform, among others, the employment relationship the following:
- organization of training, including development of training schedules,
- supervision over the implementation of training,
- contact with the Employer.
