1. The subject of the basic contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Programme”) is the provision of services consisting in providing access to sports and leisure facilities for employees employed in the following organisational units of the Municipality of Gdańsk (called contracting units):
1) Municipal Office in Gdansk
2) Gdansk Real Estate
3) Gdansk Information Centre
5) Directorate of Extension of the City of Gdansk
6) Gdansk Shared Services Centre
7) Municipal Panel on Ruling and Disability
8) Gdansk Benefits Centre
9) Municipal Transportation Board
11) City Guard in Gdansk
and accompanying persons and children, based on name cards.
2. The service will be implemented under specific programs, including a set of services available to users.

2. The service will be implemented under specific programs, including a set of services available to users.
1) The services under the contract consist in providing participants of the programme access to sports and leisure facilities of a diverse nature, located in the city of Gdańsk, in the Pomeranian Voivodeship and throughout Poland, with whom the Contractor has a signed cooperation agreement, within the framework of a monthly subscription.
2) As part of the services provided, the Contractor guarantees children up to 15 years of age a “pool card” providing access to swimming pool facilities in the city of Gdańsk, Pomeranian Voivodeship and throughout Poland, with whom the contractor has a signed cooperation agreement, as part of a monthly subscription.
3. The Ordering Party provides for participation in the framework of the basic order in sports and recreational services of participants in the average number of persons in each month: 753.
