As a school authority, the city of Esslingen receives funds of around EUR 764,000. The majority of the funds, estimated at EUR 713 140.00, will be used for the procurement of i-Pads and associated covers for 22 school locations in Esslingen. The remaining funds are to be used for the initial setup. The aim of this tender is to conclude a purchase contract for the procurement of iPads with sleeves including DEP account allocation for the schools in Esslingen. When the bid is accepted, an agreement is concluded for the delivery service with a delivery period of no more than 6 weeks after the request and by 31.10.2020 at the latest.
