Cleaning, order maintenance and ancillary services at the facilities of Uzdrowiska Szczawno-Jedlina SA
Facilities in Szczawno Zdrój:
- "Dom Zdrojowy" Hospital / Sanatorium with dining rooms and treatment base,
- Korona Piastowska Sanatorium - treatment base,
- Mineral Water Pump Room (PWM),
- the walking hall,
- "Anka" Sanatorium; - management (administration offices)
- "Dąbrówka" Sanatorium,
- Mieszko Children's Spa Hospital with a dining room and treatment base,
- "Młynarz" sanatorium with a dining room and treatment base,
- "Cis" sanatorium with a dining room,
- "Pionier" sanatorium with dining room.
The service of cleaning, maintaining order and auxiliary works at the facilities of "Uzdrowiska Szczawno-Jedlina" SA includes in particular:
a) cleaning of corridors, stairs, halls, passageways, dining rooms, public toilets, hotel rooms, bathrooms and toilets by rooms, nurses' offices, treatment rooms, doctor's offices, gyms, cloakrooms of staff, utility rooms, administrative rooms, attics storage rooms , basements and other rooms of the Spa indicated by the Employer;
b) washing floors and stairs (with particular emphasis on the use of warning signs, e.g. slippery attention), platforms, risers, pedestals, walls, balustrades with vertical elements, handrails, doors, door handles, switches, contacts, lamps, fenders, paneling, cleaning cornices inside objects;
c) washing all kinds of horizontal and vertical glazing, mirrors, doors with door frames and windows (from outside / inside) and if it is unscrewed also inside) with stiles (wood, metal and other) and internal and external window sills (various types ); Note - high glazing and chandeliers in the pump room and walking hall must be washed min. Once every 6 months (min, once during the contract period).
d) cleaning with specialized equipment, maintenance and protection of floor surfaces and floors of all types; floor polishing;
e) polymerization of floors (non-yellowing polymers) or acrylic;
f) vacuuming and wet cleaning of all upholstered furniture, cleaning steam disinfection of mattress surfaces;
g) cleaning furniture and other elements of equipment (e.g. TV sets, computer equipment) in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements using specialized preparations;
h) emptying rubbish bins, disinfecting buckets, replacing and installing rubbish bags, including replacing red bags with medical waste (sealed) in nursing rooms, treatment rooms and other rooms indicated by the Employer
i) compliance with the principles of waste management at the Employer's facilities;
j) washing and disinfecting door handles and all kinds of sanitary equipment including toilet bowls, toilet seats, toilet brushes, washbasins, shower trays, bathtubs, bathroom and washbasin faucets, gravity and mechanical ventilation grates (keeping a register of cleaning ventilation) and drains and other installed devices with particular emphasis on washing and disinfecting sanitary devices and floors in toilet cabins in public toilets with the use of professional means to prevent the formation and persistence of unpleasant odors, applying unblocking agents to pipes;
k) washing, disinfecting and, if it is not possible to clean it, changing dirty and molded silicones in bathrooms;
l) maintaining for the duration of the contract in good condition (aesthetic, functional, free from mechanical damage): liquid soap dispensers, disinfectant liquid dispensers, disposable towel containers, jumbo toilet paper containers in the rooms indicated by the Employer;
m) washing and disinfecting containers for soap, toilet paper, paper towels and in case of damaged or broken ones - replacement and installation for new ones;
n) ongoing removal of cobwebs and dust from lamps, walls, ceilings, window sills (internal and external), furniture and office equipment, removal of bird droppings and leaves as well as other dirt from external window sills and cleaning lamps, mirrors, door handles and telephones;
o) vacuuming and washing of lighting lamps, floor and wall tiles, doors, radiators, all outriggers,
p) providing and supplementing hygiene materials in rooms, bathrooms and toilets, public hygienic and sanitary rooms on a regular basis ...
