Technical handling of social security elections 2023 for the institutions of the German pension insurance, taking into account, inter alia, the Fourth Book of the Social Code (SGB IV), the Social Security Election Regulations (SVWO) and Section 80 SGB X

Production and dispatch of approximately 44.5 million ballot letters, the transport of (red) ballot letters sent in freight collect, and the evaluation, storage and destruction of election documents.

Eight lots will be advertised.

Lot 1 includes the following steps:

- Production of election letters (consisting of election letters, request postcard, ballot paper, ballot envelope, leaflet and mailing envelope)

- Processing of incoming requisition postcards

- Sorting out and, if necessary, forwarding returns

- production of self-presentation brochures

- Election evaluation

- storage of the evaluated ballot papers, ballot paper envelopes and, if applicable, the returns

- Disposal of stored election documents in accordance with data protection

Lot 2 includes the collection of contractor lot 1 at a location within the Federal Republic of Germany, subsequent nationwide delivery and final postage settlement with the client of:

- approx. 7 million ballot letters, possibly less

- approx. 210,000 self-presentation brochures, possibly less

Lot 3 includes the collection of contractor lot 1 at a location within the Federal Republic of Germany, subsequent nationwide delivery and final postage settlement with the client of:

- Approx. 6.7 million ballot letters, possibly fewer

- approx. 201,000 self-presentation brochures, possibly less

Lot 4 includes the collection of contractor lot 1 at a location within the Federal Republic of Germany, subsequent nationwide delivery and final postage settlement with the client of:

- Approx. 7.6 million ballot letters, possibly fewer

- approx. 228,000 self-presentation brochures, possibly less

Lot 5 includes the collection of contractor lot 1 at a location within the Federal Republic of Germany, subsequent nationwide delivery and final postage settlement with the client of:

- approx. 10.7 million ballot letters, possibly less

- approx. 321,000 self-presentation brochures, possibly less

Lot 6 includes the collection of contractor lot 1 at a location within the Federal Republic of Germany, subsequent nationwide delivery and final postage settlement with the client of:

- Approx. 8.5 million ballot letters, possibly less

- approx. 255,000 self-presentation brochures, possibly less

Lot 7 includes the collection of contractor lot 1 at a location within the Federal Republic of Germany, subsequent nationwide delivery and final postage settlement with the client of:

- Approx. 3.9 million ballot letters, possibly fewer

- approx. 117,000 self-presentation brochures, possibly less

Lot 8 involves the carriage of the (red) ballot letters returned freight collect and delivery directly to the addresses specified by contractor lot 1 (max. 6) within the Federal Republic of Germany.
