I. The subject of the order is:
1. Renewal of the Manufacturer's support for the UB Partner XBRL Toolkit license for a period of 36 months intended for:
1) creating, editing, validating and visualizing files compliant with the XBRL and iXBRL standards;
2) creating, editing, visualizing, managing, evaluating and compiling own taxonomies and XBRL validation rule sets and providing Producer Support services for the delivered Software
2. Provision of technical support services for the UB Partner XBRL Toolkit environment of the Contracting Authority, carried out by the Contractor during the term of the Agreement.
3. Provision of modification services, carried out by the Contractor throughout the term of the contract as part of a package of 2500 man-hours.
4. Development and implementation of the Software for creating and testing taxonomies
II. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the manner of its implementation is included in the Draft Agreement (constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference).
