2. In accordance with the requirement set out in Article 246(2) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority, using the price criterion of a weight exceeding 60%, specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract (Appendices No. 2/1 to No. 2/42 to the Terms of Reference) the quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject matter of the contract.
