This consultation concerns a framework agreement with purchase orders for the supply of materials and tools for all the departments of the Métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée and the epcc ESAD Tpm.

This consultation concerns the acquisition of supplies of plumbing/sanitary equipment (lot 1), hardware/metal profiles/key reproduction (lot 2) and construction materials (lot 3: relaunch following unsuccessful contract 22gpt08/lot 2) for all the Directions of the TPM Metropolis, in an order group with the epcc ESAD Tpm.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Order Code, this contract is awarded by the grouping of orders consisting of the Métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée and the epcc esad TPM.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 2113-7 of the Public Order Code, the coordinator of the group will be the Métropole T.P.M
