Regular market, the benefits are divided into 4 positions:
item 1: creation of 3 P + R toll systems: - supply, installation and commissioning of toll systems - implementation of centralized computer system - staff training;
item 2: preventive maintenance;
item 3: curative maintenance;
item 4: unit-price services related to the installation of a toll system variants are allowed.
They will have to respect all the requirements of the CCTP, in particular:
- 1 barrier system limiting the entry and exit of vehicles,
- 1 payment point per parking,
- 1 remote centralized technical management system.
In the context of the variants, the candidates will in particular be able to propose a solution with automatic plate reading as a single solution (without additional ticket distribution). The reliability of the system should then be clearly demonstrated.
