The mission of the German Heart Center Munich (DHM) is the care of children, adolescents and adults with heart disease. The Heart Center conducts diagnostics and therapy according to the latest medical knowledge and contributes to the further development of diagnostic and therapeutic concepts through its own practical research.

The guiding principle of the hospital is to bring together the various disciplines required for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases under one roof, so that patients are optimally cared for in constant close interdisciplinary cooperation. The German Heart Center intends to procure new heart-lung machines

In the first phase, the suitability of the bidders will be examined in the context of a participation competition. Please submit the completed document " 01 TW DHM HLM " with all required evidence by the deadline for participation.

Tenderers who have fulfilled the conditions for participation will be invited to submit a tender and only then will the documents for the submission of the tender be made available.

The evaluation of the offers is based on the evaluation matrix attached in the document "01 TW DHM HLM" in accordance with the "Document for Tendering and Evaluation of IT Services" (UfAB). The evaluation of the offers is based on the price as well as the respective fulfillment rate of the points listed in the UfAB matrix for each evaluation level (performance 60%, price 40%).

Incomplete offers will be excluded from the competition.

Negotiation rounds / bidder discussions: After the bids have been received and evaluated, the client can negotiate the service and/or price with the bidders. The contracting authority may also award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders without entering into negotiations.

The service is awarded on the basis of the EVB IT system contract. The draft of this contract will be made available in the main competition.
