Supply of dental materials and tools for the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Lodz at 251 Pomorska Street, with the option to submit equivalent offers.
Supply of dental materials and tools

1. The subject of the contract is: Delivery of dental materials and tools for the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Lodz at 251 Pomorska Street

2. The order has been divided into the number of parts indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ – Assortment and price form.

4. The contracting authority shall allow equivalent tenders to be submitted where proper names have been used.
