The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 in terms of:

(a) the receipt of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (hereinafter in SWZ — mixed municipal waste) from property owners located in the Community of Chodzież where residents reside,

(b) the receipt and use of selective waste from property owners residing from the Community of Chodzież and municipal waste from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in Kamionce,

c) Equipment of property owners residing with containers for mixed municipal waste and in bags for selectively collected municipal waste and equipment with containers and containers of the Municipal Waste Collection Point in Kamionce - without additional charge for the duration of implementation the order in question.

1) The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 in terms of:

2) The subject of the order includes:

(a) inhabited single-family properties and built up multi-scale building with the frequency of receiving waste, as from single-family properties in accordance with point 6 A of this chapter,

(b) inhabited properties built up by a multi-scale building in accordance with point 6B of this Chapter,

c) Point of Selective Collective of Municipal Waste in Kamionce.
