This consultation concerns the supply of hardware, IT and multimedia services. The procurement procedure used is open tendering. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. This is a multi-awarding framework agreement for subsequent contracts, concluded pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Order Code. The maximum amount for the total duration of the framework agreement is 500,000 euro(s) (excl. tax). The Framework Agreement will be awarded to 3 economic operators, subject to a sufficient number of tenders.
