Within this tender, European School The Hague is looking for one or two Contractors who can carry out the preventive and corrective maintenance of the E&W installations of European School The Hague. European School The Hague wishes to enter into an Agreement on the basis of an obligation to act. By this, European School The Hague means that it expects all regular (within the industry known) maintenance work and periodic inspections to be carried out by the Contractor. The European School The Hague does not manage maintenance in accordance with a condition standard such as NEN 2767. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to maintain all installations on the basis of the applicable laws/regulations and standards. The tenderer must carry out the Contract in accordance with the Programme of Requirements (Annex 1).
