The subject of the contract is the development of multi-branch design and cost estimate documentation with the author's supervision on the task called: "Reconstruction of the didactic building No. 1" along with all applicable industry and administrative arrangements (opinions, agreements, decisions, permits, technical conditions, etc.) and obtaining a building permit on behalf of the Ordering Party.

The detailed scope of the service is specified in the technical specification of the performance and acceptance of the service contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The Contractor shall fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the template of the contract as set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
