there is provision for a breakdown into five (5) separate lots - lot 1: various maintenance services of the communal territory - lot 2: Minor maintenance (reserved market according to article L.2113-13 of the Public Order Code) - lot 3: Gentle pruning of trees - lot 4: Felling trees - lot 5: Trimming, coring and stumping

the services of Lot 1 concern the needs of the community in terms of various maintenance of the municipal territory. As such, the holders must be able to carry out all types of maintenance services. This includes in particular, but not exclusively, services of the following types: - mowing and cleaning ditches- mowing of green spaces with evacuation- mulching type of green spaces without evacuation- trimming of hedges with evacuation- clearing of wooded land- manual weeding of vegetated areas. E.g.: Barrats, rubble - mechanical and/or manual weeding of mineralized zones. E.g.: sidewalk and road water lines. This contract is multi-attribute. It takes the form of a framework agreement with subsequent contracts as provided for in articles L.2125-1-1°, R.2162-7 to R.2162-12 of the public order code.The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum of 80 000 euro (s) excl. tax /year

the services of Lot 2 concern the needs of the community in terms of small maintenance works of natural areas and invasive plants. As such, the holder must be able to carry out all types of maintenance services. This includes in particular, but not exclusively, services such as: - small maintenance of tourist reception areas (bollards, barriers, fences and furniture) maintenance of tree bases in urban areas- mechanical removal of invasive plants, with evacuation- manual removal of invasive plants with evacuation- maintenance of paths and paths tourist (hiking trails, waterways) the present contract is single-award. It takes the form of a framework agreement with subsequent contracts as provided for in articles L.2125-1-1°, R.2162-7 to R.2162-12 of the public order code.The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum of 50 000 euro (s) excl. tax /year

the services of lot 3 concern the gentle pruning of trees with the maintenance of the crown of the trees: complete inspection of the crown, removal of dead wood and snags and recovery of broken branches and old cuts. The services also include the provision of a team of certified climbers pruning with their PPE, a vehicle with a bucket, a shredder, signage and their pruning equipment.The present contract is multi-awarded. It takes the form of a framework agreement executed as soon as the purchase order is issued as provided for in articles L.2125-1-1°, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public order code.The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum of 30 000 euro (s) excl/year

the services of lot 4 concern the felling or dismantling of trees as well as the evacuation of cutting products and the cleaning of the site. This contract is multi-award. It takes the form of a framework agreement executed as soon as the purchase order is issued as provided for in articles L.2125-1-1°, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public order code.The framework agreement is concluded without minimum and with a maximum of 20,000 euro (s) excl. tax /year

the services of lot 5 concern the trimming of stumps, coring or stumping with equipment as well as the evacuation of waste and the filling with vegetable soil.The present contract is multi-awarded. It takes the form of a framework agreement executed as soon as the purchase order is issued as provided for in articles L.2125-1-1°, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public order code.The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum of 15 000 euro (s) excl. tax /year
