1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Niepodległości 13A, 14-200 Iława The total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] in the period 01.01.2023 – 31.12.2025 is 12 928.125 MWh.

The description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The model contract contains Annex 3 to the SWZ together with Annex 1 (list of electricity consumption points covered by the contract) and No. 2 (power of attorney). 3. The description of the subject of the contract specifies quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract (the subject of the contract is standardized – it will be implemented identically, regardless of which Contractor performs it), all life cycle costs – margin, commercial balancing costs, transaction fees, profile variability costs, schedule variability costs, scheduling costs, conventional energy costs, property rights costs and excise duty. Apart from the above-mentioned costs, the Ordering Party does not provide for other costs of electricity supply. 4. The Ordering Party informs that three separate agreements will be concluded with the following entities: 1) contract No. 1 – with the Municipality of Iława, Niepodległości 13, 14-200 Iława for the Ordering Party and the entities specified in paragraph 1 points 1-13 of this Chapter of SWZ 2) contract No. 2 – with the Municipal Public Library in Iława, Jagiellończyka 3, 14-200 Iława 3) contract No. 3 – with the Iława Cultural Center, Niepodległości 13A, 14-200 Iława, the Ordering Party informs that settlements and payments will be made separately between the contractor and the above-mentioned entities. Invoices for the supply of electricity will be issued and delivered directly to these entities at the address of their registered office. For the Municipality of Iława, the buyer and recipient is the Municipality of Iława (NIP 744-166-00-83), while for the entities listed in paragraph 1 points 1-13 of this chapter of the SWZ, the buyer is the Municipality of Iława and these entities are the recipients. For the Municipal Public Library in Iława, the buyer and recipient is the Municipal Public Library in Iława, for the Iława Cultural Center the buyer and recipient is the Iława Cultural Center.
