Fritz Haber Institute: The refurbishment is taking place in 2 laboratory buildings, whereby individual areas remain temporarily in operation. After dismantling, the electrical and communications equipment is completely reinstalled.

Due to the refurbishment and expansion of the inventory, the following product specifications are available in the course:

— Inotec, safety lights,

— Notifier by Honeywell alarm system BMA

— Commscope/SYSTIMAX SCS GigaSpeed X 10 D UTP MGS 600 patch panel and data sockets, cables,

— Janitza, gauges.

Execution must begin: within 12 working days of receipt of the request by the Principal (§ 5 para. 2 sentence 2 VOB/B); the request is required to be sent to you by 27.08.2021.

The service is to be completed (completion of acceptance process): within 390 working days of the start of execution deadline specified above.

"Special note regarding bidder questions on the corona situation:

Please take into account any possible or discernible impairments caused by the Corona crisis when preparing your offer. B. in relation to the availability of materials and products, workers, a possibly delayed provision of required proof, effects on any subcontractors, etc.

Questions that arise in this context are requested to be submitted via the messaging system of eVergabe in good time before the offer deadline. Please also refer to paragraph 10.4 et seq of the Additional Terms and Conditions (WBVB) of the MPG (as of April 2021). . ”
