1. The subject of the contract is the service of maintaining a current account with a revolving loan in the maximum amount of PLN 22 million and the possibility of maintaining deposit accounts for the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.

2. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of exercising an option right in the course of the order:

1) The contracting authority shall have the right of option consisting in extending the term of the contract for the fourth year.

2) The option shall be activated on the day on which the contractor is informed of the activation of the option by the contracting authority to the indicated e-mail address. The Contractor shall immediately confirm the fact of receiving information about the activation of the option.

3) The contracting authority shall notify the contractor about the activation of the option no later than three months before the end of the contract in the scope of the main contract (2 years and 9 months from the start of the contract). After this date, the right of option expires.

4) The Ordering Party is entitled but not obliged to choose the options referred to in point 1 above.
