Structural planning and building acoustics.
The LWL construction and property operation intends to commission engineering services for structural planning and building acoustics according to HOAI for the service phases 1-6 for the construction of a new clinic building as well as the renovation of 3 existing buildings at the location of the LWL clinic in Warstein.
The construction of a new building with 144 beds is planned. The connection is made via new connecting corridors to 3 listed buildings, which are partially converted for this purpose.
